    RENTAL AND REIMBURSABLE COSTS
    Thank you for your inquiry about renting the Celebrity Theatre in Phoenix, AZ. The Celebrity Theatre is located at 440 N. 32nd Street in Phoenix, just four blocks south of the new Loop 202 freeway and is easily accessible from anywhere in the Valley of the Sun. Our stage can be set-up to revolve and hold a capacity of 2650 or a proscenium plug can be installed to face the stage one direction and hold a capacity of 1650.

    RENT: Flat rental rates available - all staffing and equipment rental expenses are an additional charge.

    DEPOSIT: $$5000 - First time promoters may be required to forward an additional non-refundable pre-determined deposit prior to tickets being placed on sale.

    REFERENCES: First time promoters maybe required to provide at least four business references.

    ARTIST CONTRACTS: First time promoters maybe required to provide signed artist contracts prior to tickets being placed on sale.

    BUILDING CONTRACTS: Signed building agreements must be received prior to tickets being placed on sale.

    BOX OFFICE: 4% of all tickets sold. $475.00 minimum. .10/per ticket. 3% on Credit Card Charges.

    MERCHANDISING: Theatre will vend all merchandise. The split is 70% to the artist and 30% to the theatre.

    LABOR COSTS: The Theatre will schedule all staff including security, police and stagehands through either in-house or contract means.
